DESCRIPTION :Hot melt glue 1C3560 is a hot melt adhesive designed for use on Hygiene industry, especially construction hot melt adhesive. It shows high peel strength.


CHARACTERISTICS :

Appearance :                         Transparent amber, solid. 
Brookfield Viscosity:                    approx. 11,900 mPa.s at 120°C
                                      approx. 4,475 mPa.s at 140°C 
                                      approx. 2,100 mPa.s at 160°C
                                      approx. 1,085 mPa.s at 180°C

Softening Point:                       approx. 73°C


CONDITIONS FOR USE :


Application Temperature :  Between 130°C and 180°C depending on the operating conditions.

Application Methods :          Can be run on all standard hot melt Multi-line, slot nozzle and spray systems.


PRECAUTIONS :                       - Material is applied hot-appropriate clothing and eye protection should be used.

                                                 -Use with adequate ventilation to remove any hot melt fumes or vapors that are generated.

                                                 -Keep containers and premelters covered to avoid contamination.
STORAGE :                              One year in dry and cool environment
